Craig Holdener joined Newmark Pearson Commercial in the fall of 2011 following a successful 20-year career in sales management with a leading financial services organization. With an emphasis on relationship management and a hands on approach, he represents clients throughout the entire transaction process; from marketing and research to site selection and initial offer, negotiations and procurement. Specializing in the leasing and sale of retail commercial real estate, Mr. Holdener currently represents 27 shopping centers totaling over 1.4 million square feet in Fresno, Madera and Tulare counties.
