As a vice president with Newmark Pearson Commercial, Luke D. Tessman represents tenants, property owners, owner-users and investors in sales and leasing transactions involving office properties.

Mr. Tessman strives for solution-oriented strategies to assist his clients in successfully maneuvering the various challenges of the real estate market. His clients benefit from his optimistic, down-to-earth personality and his team-oriented approach in negotiating successful transactions. Mr. Tessman's goal is to provide every client with the information they need to make the most informed decision possible, whether selling, leasing or investing in commercial real estate.

Mr. Tessman joined Newmark Pearson Commercial as a marketing and research intern in 2015. As an intern, he focused on market research and was in charge of seeking out new market opportunities, developments, compiling comparable sales and analyzing market trends.

Prior to joining Newmark Pearson Commercial, Mr. Tessman attended Simpson University on an athletic scholarship to play baseball, after proving to be a valuable member of the College of the Sequoias baseball team.

While attending Simpson University, Mr. Tessman's team-oriented attitude and leadership ability were noticed by his peers, who elected him team captain from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Tessman was also an honorary member of the dean's list until 2015, when he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
